THE FAMILY PLANNER

Who's picking up Mira at 4:15? Just ask Saku.

School runs, practices, work and weekend plans in one place the whole family can see, on the tablet and phones you already own.

  • ✓ No screen to buy
  • Any tablet or phone
  • Free in beta
Saku, a cream flower with green leaves and a round dark face, smiling hello

Who's on pickup Thursday?

Daniel has Adam at 3:15. Aisyah has Mira after swimming at 4:30.

Your family's week shouldn't live in a dozen group texts.

Ask Saku started at our own kitchen table: two parents, two kids, two jobs, and a schedule scattered across Messages. So we built one place everyone can see, and a friendly flower called Saku to help keep it straight.

The family noticeboard is already in your drawer.

No special screen to buy or mount. Put Ask Saku on the iPad or tablet you already have and it becomes the kitchen wall calendar. Everyone else has the same live day on their phone.

Five Ask Saku screens on a phone: adding the family, the week's calendar, Today, chores and rewards, and the shopping list.

Sunday, 8 pm

Snap the school letter. It's on the calendar by dinner.

Take a photo of the newsletter, or drop in the PDF of term dates or the season's fixture list. Saku reads every date and who it's for. You untick anything you don't need, then add the lot in one tap.

Save the swimming pool once and every lesson gets a leave-by time from your front door. When two pickups land at once, you hear about it before school's out, not at the gate.

MEET SAKU

Your curious companion for a brighter day.

Saku keeps an eye on the week so you don't have to: who's where, what clashes, and what's still to do. Ask in plain words and get a straight answer from your own calendar and lists. When Saku suggests an event, a chore or something for the shopping list, you tap Add to save it.

Questions families ask

Do I need to buy a screen?

No. Ask Saku runs in the web browser of the iPad, Android tablet, phone or computer you already have. Kiosk display turns any of them into the family noticeboard.

Does everyone need an account?

Only the people who sign in. Kids, grandparents and pets get a profile with their own colour, so you can assign events and chores without giving them a login. Helpers, like a sitter or a driver, get an email about the one job you ask them to do.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you well before anything changes.

Who can see our family's information?

Only the people in your household, and any helper you send a job to. Other families can't read it and we never sell it. A few services handle parts of it for us, such as our AI provider when you ask Saku a question; the Privacy Policy lists them. You can download everything or delete your household from Settings.

Can I bring in the school calendar?

Yes. Connect the school's calendar link, or your Google, Apple (iCloud) or Outlook calendar, and new events come in every hour. Or take a photo or PDF of the term dates and Saku reads the events for you to check before they're added.
